Municipal Utility Committee

(formerly Sewer Utility Committee)

Authority

Though no longer in existence, a Sewer Utility Committee was established September 12, 1988 by Town Council Resolution 88-37 and was charged, per Ordinance 92-13 and RSA 149-I, with the administration of the sewer system of the Town of Hudson, as well as providing the Board of Selectmen with recommendations concerning policies and matters pertaining to the sewer utility.

The authority and operations of the Hudson Sewer Utility were defined by Town Code Chapter 270.

Effective May 8, 2013, the Hudson Board of Selectmen adopted modifications to Hudson Town Code Chapters 270 and 142 to combine the Sewer and Water Utility Committees into a seven member Municipal Utility Committee, of which three members do not have to be served by either Town water or sewer.

Meeting Schedule

The Municipal Utility Committee meets at the Town Hall on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 pm.
