Economic Revitalization

In 2008, the Hudson Board of Selectmen asked the New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development to designate the Sagamore Industrial Park and the Clement Road Industrial Park as Economic Revitalization Zones (ERZ). The applications were approved on November 18, 2008 by the Commissioner of New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development.

This ERZ program encourages companies to move into unused or underutilized industrial parks in return for tax credits against their annual business profits and enterprise taxes. All companies within these zones may apply to the state for the credit.

Sagamore Industrial Park is located just north of the Sagamore Bridge between Route 3A and the Merrimack River and includes properties located on Executive Drive, Executive Drive Extension, Friars Drive, Wentworth Drive, Hampshire Drive, Flagstone Drive, and Sagamore Park Road. The Sagamore Bridge from the west connects Route 3A to Route 3 in Nashua.

Clement Road Industrial Park is located on Route 111, from Sullivan Road to Clement Road including properties located on Sullivan Road, Clement Road, Constitution Drive, Hudson Park Drive, Wall Street, Park Avenue, Industrial Drive, and Commercial Street. Route 111 from the east connects to Interstate 93 in Windham, and connects to Route 3A and Route 102 to the west.
