RFP - Stand-by Generator
Sealed Bids will be received at the Town Hall Offices, Office of the Town Clerk, 12 School Street, Hudson, NH, until 10:00 AM, local time, April 21, 2017, for the following project: CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR STAND-BY GENERATOR.
Bids submitted or received after this date and time will not be accepted. This project is 100% funded by the Town of Hudson.
The proposed work involves the following:
- Install new propane gas 150 kW stand by generator.
- SCADA update associated with the new generator.
All prices include SCADA control, any modifications to the existing controller, cabinet, wiring or other appurtenances and any new equipment, wiring, labor, etc. to provide a fully functioning generator. The complete specifications are available to review as well as a map overview.

The deadline for all questions shall be at 10:00 a.m. on March 31, 2017.
The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and codes in the performance of this contract. The bids will be evaluated based on cost and experience of the contractor. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities, to negotiate with any bidder and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
