Sewer Department
Department Responsibilities
The Sewer Utility is responsible for customer service, billings and payment processing for Sewer Utility, Sewer Betterment, IDA and Sewer Capital Assessments.
The Sewer/Drain Division at the Highway Department is responsible for sewer and drainage maintenance. Please call (603) 886-6018.
The Tax Collector oversees the collection of warranted fees and the lien process in accordance with the standard tax collection procedures.
Authority
The Hudson Sewer Utility was established on July 1, 1987 by Resolution 87-33A for the purpose of operating and maintaining the municipal sewer system, establishing a budget and controlling expenditures relative to this operation and assessing and collecting fees for its operation and maintenance.
Online Payments
We encourage residents to pay their bills online if possible as a way to practice physical distancing by not needing to visit Town Hall.
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks are accepted. VISA is not accepted. This is a fee-based service. There is a non-refundable $2.95 charge for any transaction total of $100.00 or less, or a non-refundable service fee of 2.95% of your total balance over $100.00. The service fee is added to your payment and will appear as a separate item on your credit card statement. The service charge is not a fee assessed by your institution. The service charge is non-refundable even if the payment to which it relates is canceled, refunded, credited, or charged back. A fee of $0.40 will be charged for all payments made via electronic check (ACH/EFT).
