NH Emergency Alerts

Town of Hudson residents!  -- Effective January 1, 2024 the State of NH has a new state emergency system - NH ALERTS powered by Genasys.  If you previously had an account through CodeRED you will want to sign up for this new system as CodeRED will no longer be utilized for emergency alerts.

We want to ensure that when seconds count, residents are fully informed and continuously updated.  

NH ALERTS:

The Genasys Emergency Management system powers NH Alerts, a multi-channel (i.e. SMS , voice, email, etc.) communciation solution that provides lifesaving emergency information.

This critical feature allows town officials to send you important alerts via phone calls, text messages or emails.  Alerts could include information on closures, criminal activities, severe weather warnings, missing children and more. 

Blasting Alerts :

Blasting alerts will be sent out as follows:

• Receive an alert by 10:00AM the day of blasting.
• Receive another alert 30 minutes prior to any scheduled blast.

ALERTS:

Please note that you cannot select which type of alert to receive.  (e.g. you cannot sign up for only missing children).  By signing up for the service you will receive all alerts sent out.
