Synopsis

On March 3, 1990 at 10:45 PM, Sheila Rosati was struck down by an unknown driver of a pickup truck traveling at a high rate of speed westbound on Kimball Hill Road in Hudson. Though witnesses attempted to flag the driver down, the pickup neither stopped nor slowed.

At the point of impact, the pedestrian was on her hands and knees in the west bound travel lane. In an attempt to alert oncoming traffic and illuminate the pedestrian, a vehicle in the eastbound lane had high beam headlights activated, possibly impairing the suspect driver's ability to perceive the pedestrian.

The suspect vehicle is a 1981-1990 Dodge Ram full size pickup truck with an 8 foot bed. Possible color was silver, silver/blue, or light blue. A missing section of the side molding between the cab and the left rear wheel well was left at the scene. Registration is unknown.
