We offer an array of exercise classes during the week for our patrons. A body in motion stays in motion, and the programs at our center help keep you moving, active and thriving.

Aerobics

AEROBICS

  • Want to improve your flexibility? Join us for this up-beat, at your own pace class!
  • Monday at 9:30am 
  • Friday at 10:45am
  • $5 per class

TAI CHI

  • This Tai Chi class will work on your inner strength and your well being

  • This class runs in 6 week progressions, please join us on a week one!

  • Enjoy drumming and moving to the music!
  • Supplies needed: Ball, Bucket and Drum Sticks (see Lori for details)
  • $5 per class
Bone Builders

BONE BUILDERS

  • Thursday at 2:30pm
  • Monday at 8:15am
  • Increase bone density and promote overall well-being!
  • Please see the Forms Menu and download the forms
  • Forms must be filled out by yourself and your doctor prior to starting
  • $3 fee per class

 

Stability Class

CPTE: BALANCE AND STABILITY CLASS

  • Starting May 13 - 8 week class
  • Monday at 12:15pm in the Function Room
  • CPTE Physical Therapy is offering this 1/2 hour class
  • $3 per class per person
