Land Use Regulations

The regulations below contain the requirements for developing land in Hudson.  Administrative Requirements & Definitions governs the requirements of submittals, plans and applications.  This section also contains some site characteristics pertinent to creating a plan. The Subdivision and Site Plan Regulations contain additional required site characteristics and processes specific to their applications. The Stormwater Management, Excavation of Soil and Driveways sections provide and additional level of detail where applicable.
