Zoning/Code Enforcement

Department Responsibilities

The function of the Zoning and Code Enforcement Department is to administer, interpret and uphold all regulations set forth in the Zoning Ordinances and provide staff assistance to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Residents are encouraged to comply with local land use codes which in turn will compliment our code enforcement efforts.

Our Zoning Administrator, Chris Sullivan, coordinates zoning cases for the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and attends ZBA meetings held on the second (if necessary) and fourth Thursday's of each month.
