Burn Permit Information

Launch of new burn permit system begins June 3rd!

 
for all new applications and renewals of burning permits:

We encourage everyone to utilize our NEW online burn permitting system to obtain or renew your burning permit.  To access the new system, please click on the Burn Permit System section below.

PERMITS ISSUED PRIOR TO JUNE 3, 2024:

REMINDER - for those permits issued prior to 6/3/2024 requests to burn must still be made through the Burning Request Hotline at 603-816-3293.   This line will remain active for those permits through 6/3/2025.

Your permit will expire as of the date listed on your permit.  However, you may visit the new website and create an account an obtain a burn permit on the new system if you would like.

In person service is always available at our Central Fire Station located at 15 Library Street.

Our new burn permit system is now active as of Monday, June 3, 2024.  Please note, you will be re-directed to https://hudsonnh.burnpermits.com to access the portal to either login or create your account.
