HPD Command Staff 2024

Welcome to the Hudson Police Department Website. I am Tad Dionne, and I have the honor of serving the residents and businesses of the great community of Hudson, NH as the Chief of Police. You can easily navigate on our site to the area of your concern by selecting from the tabs to the left. Or, if you are trying to learn about our agency, then I invite you to take some time and read through all the tabs.

The Hudson Police Department is a Nationally Accredited Police Department. We have been Nationally Accredited through the Commission of Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) since 2003. I am extremely proud to announce we just completed another successful four year assessment for re-accreditation. This is directly due to the dedication and commitment of our highly trained, diverse, and professional employees.

We provide a large number of services to include a multitude of community outreach programs where we partner with the community to provide assistance, education, or referrals in an effort to solve problems and provide solutions. Our entire staff is listed along with each employee's email at the Contact Information block (View the 'Full Contact Details' tab).

Law Enforcement is a dynamic and continually evolving profession. If you are interested in a career in Law Enforcement, willing to challenge yourself, and are committed to public service, then I implore you to see our Recruitment Tab. We are always looking for great people to become part of our Hudson Police Family!

I hope you enjoy our website and find it useful. Feel free to contact me with any comments or concerns.

Sincerely,
Tad Dionne, Chief of Police
