Economic Revitalization
In 2008, the Hudson Board of Selectmen asked the Department of Business & Economic Affairs (referred to then as New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development)to designate the Sagamore Industrial Park and the Clement Road Industrial Park as Economic Revitalization Zones (ERZ).
- The applications were approved on November 18, 2008 by the Commissioner of New Hampshire Department of Resources and Economic Development.
This ERZ program encourages companies to move into unused or underutilized industrial parks in return for tax credits against their annual business profits and enterprise taxes.
- All companies within these zones may apply to the state for the credit.
