Hudson Sustainability / Community Roadside Cleanup Subcommittee (aka HS/CRC)
Process for approving this request form:
- The interested parties will submit this request form to the HS/CRC for further review and qualification.
- HS/CRC will review the interested parties request form along with the HS/CRC Support Team [ Hudson Police Dept. (HPD), Dept. of Public Works (DPW) and the Hudson Fire Dept. (HFD) ] to determine if:

The requested roadway(s) meet program safety requirements
- The requested date(s) meet all supporting departments resource schedule requirements

- Once confirmed by the HS/CRC & Support Team the requesting interested parties will be notified of the approval or rejecting the request.
- If approved, the interested parties will be informed of the confirmation and receive the appropriate documentation required to follow from start to completion of the cleanup project.
- It will be required that all individual’s involved in the interested parties request will confirm and be available to participate in the cleanup date(s)

- If approved, the interested parties will be informed of the confirmation and receive the appropriate documentation required to follow from start to completion of the cleanup project.
- Cleanup Day(s)
- Staging Areas – all cleanup participants will be informed of the designated Staging Area assigned to the approved cleanup areas
- All participants will meet at the Staging Area (time TBD) for review of rules and regulations of the program (what is expected)
- Safety Vests will be provided
- Black and Blue Bags will be provided
- Caution will be covered in reference to poison ivy, tics, any other concerns
- Placement of "full bags" and larger items will be explained before groups head out to pick up along the road.
- Return all provided gear, in teh same condition as received, is required.
- Staging Areas – all cleanup participants will be informed of the designated Staging Area assigned to the approved cleanup areas
