Department Responsibilities

The Sewer Utility is responsible for customer service, billings and payment processing for Sewer Utility, Sewer Betterment, IDA and Sewer Capital Assessments.

The Sewer/Drain Division at the Highway Department is responsible for sewer and drainage maintenance. Please call (603) 886-6018.

The Tax Collector oversees the collection of warranted fees and the lien process in accordance with the standard tax collection procedures.          


Authority

The Hudson Sewer Utility was established on July 1, 1987 by Resolution 87-33A for the purpose of operating and maintaining the municipal sewer system, establishing a budget and controlling expenditures relative to this operation and assessing and collecting fees for its operation and maintenance.


Online Payments

We encourage residents to pay their bill online if possible as a way to practice physical distancing by not needing to visit Town Hall.

MasterCard, Discover, American Express and E-Checks are accepted. VISA is not accepted.
