Union and Collective Bargaining

The Town of Hudson, NH has 4 unions and 1 collective bargaining unit. The agreements for each establish wages, hours, promotions, benefits, and other employment terms as well as procedures for handling disputes arising under them. Since collective bargaining agreements cannot address every workplace issue that might arise, unwritten customs and past practices, external law, and informal agreements are as important to the collective bargaining agreements as the written documents themselves.
