Roadway Improvements - Related to Target Project

Please be advised the roadway improvements project, related to Target offsite improvements,  will include widening of portions of Dracut Road, Lowell Road and Wason Road for the addition of lanes and/or turning lanes.

Roadway improvements will include new pavement, curbing, concrete median, signage and pavement markings along the limits of the project.  The project will include new traffic signals and controllers at the following intersections:

•             Lowell Road, River Road and Dracut Road
•             Lowell Road and Rena Avenue
•             Lowell Road and Walmart Boulevard
•             Lowell Road and the Circumferential Highway
•             Lowell Road and Wason Road

Signalization improvement will include new traffic detection cameras at all signalized intersections.

The project will include the replacement of a culvert below Lowell Road, and drainage improvements throughout the limit of the project including a new stormwater pond at intersection of Rena Avenue and Lowell Road.

All work within Lowell Road,  River Road and Dracut Road are within NHDOT District 5 jurisdiction and any questions related to this work should go to Zak Roller, NHDOT District 5, Assistant District Engineer, (603-396-0966)

All work within Wason Road and Wason & Lowell Road intersection is within Town of Hudson jurisdiction and any questions related to this work should go Town Engineer, (603-886-6008)
