Request for Proposal - Emergency Medical Services Training

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

RFP's will be accepted at the Town Hall Offices, Office of the Town Clerk, 12 School Street, Hudson, NH 03051 until 10:00 A.M., local time, JUNE 19, 2024 for the following:

EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TRAINING

Envelope containing the Request for Proposal must be clearly marked:

“Fire Department – EMS Training RFP”

Bids submitted or received after this date and time will not be accepted. 

Bid opening to take place at 10:00 A.M., local time, JUNE 19, 2024 in the Buxton Meeting Room at the Town Hall Offices noted above.

Brief description:

The Town of Hudson is requesting sealed proposals from qualified bidders for a (2) two year contract to provide Emergency Medical training / education to members of the department.

Questions:

All questions with regard to the Invitation to Bid should addressed in writing only , email is acceptable, no later than 10:00 A.M. on Friday, June 14, 2024 to the attention of:

Bids will be evaluated based on cost, content and experience of the vendor.
