RFP - Fire Department Occupational Physicals & Screenings.

RFP Request re-issued 11/13/2024

The Hudson Fire Department is seeking proposals for occupational physicals that include an NFPA 1582 physical with fitness assessment, cardiopulmonary assessment including a stress test, cancer screening, cardiovascular screening and disease assessment including blood and laboratory test as well as a chest x-ray for up to 48 members of the department.

Any questions regarding this proposal shall be directed to Deputy Fire Chief Francis Enos at fenos@hudsonnh.gov by 4:30PM on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

 Acceptance/Rejection of RFP:

The Town of Hudson reserves the right to accept or reject any Request for Proposal (RFP).  The acceptance of an RFP will be based on the needs Hudson Fire Department and not necessarily on the lowest bid received.  

RFP Submission:

All Requests for Proposals (RFP) shall be submitted to the following no later than 10:00 AM for the formal bid opening on Monday, December 2, 2024
