Exercise Classes
We offer an array of exercise classes during the week for our patrons. A body in motion stays in motion, and the programs at our center help keep you moving, active and thriving.

AEROBICS
- Want to improve your flexibility? Join us for this up-beat, at your own pace class!
- Monday at 9:30am
- Friday at 10:45am
- $5 per class
BEGINNERS LINE DANCING
- Calling all beginners!
- Thursday at 9:00am
- $5 per class
LINE DANCING
- Calling all seasoned dancers!
- Thursday at 10:15am
- $5 per class
TAI CHI
- This Tai Chi class will work on your inner strength and your well being
- Friday at 9:00am Beginners
- $5 per class
- This class runs in 6 week progressions, please join us on a week one!
STRENGTH & BALANCE CLASS
- Work on strength and balancing
- Monday at 10:45am
- Thursday at 1:15pm
- $5 per class
CARDIO DRUMMING
- Thursday at 11:45am
- Enjoy drumming and moving to the music!
- Supplies needed: Ball, Bucket and Drum Sticks (see Lori for details)
- $5 per class
BONE BUILDERS
- Thursday at 2:30pm
- Monday at 8:15am
- Increase bone density and promote overall well-being!
- Please see the Forms Menu and download the forms
- Forms must be filled out by yourself and your doctor prior to starting
- $3 fee per class
CPTE: BALANCE AND STABILITY CLASS
- Starting May 13 - 8 week class
- Monday at 12:15pm in the Function Room
- CPTE Physical Therapy is offering this 1/2 hour class
- $3 per class per person
BRAINS & BALANCE
- We do not currently have any classes scheduled at this time
