Located only 44 miles north of Boston, Hudson offers many enriching resources for the community such as our 166 acre Benson Park, two 18-hole golf courses, recreational ponds, an original motor speedway and only within an hour to the beach or a couple hours to the White Mountains and more! Focus on family via community activities in the manner of dances, holiday parades, kid’s recreation and festivals, is a priority for us in Hudson.
With easy access to several state routes, including Route 3, Hudson is a diversified community. Because of its locale, Hudson provides homeowners the opportunity to enjoy suburbia, while enjoying a short commute to either Boston or local business districts.
According to the 2016 national census, Hudson has a population of 25,109 and is the 4,703rd largest city in the United States. The population density is 2,589 per square mile which is 1733% higher than the New Hampshire average and 2758% higher than the national average. The median age in Hudson is 40 which is approximately 7% lower than the state average of 42.
