Special Investigations Bureau
The Special Investigations Division of the Hudson Police Department is under the command of Captain David Cayot, who has served the Town of Hudson for over 17 years. The Special Investigations Bureau is comprised of two main divisions; Criminal Investigations and the Special Operations Unit.
The Criminal Investigations Division is a group of trained investigators led by our Detective Sergeant. They are assigned the major crimes or sensitive cases that are generally initiated by our Patrol Division or through direct contact with witnesses, victims, or good Samaritans.
