Records Division
The Hudson Police Department Records Division has two clerks who provide general clerical functions and assistance to the Hudson Police Department. The clerks work hard daily to verify that all report forms submitted are completed, accurate and properly documented. They enter daily data information, update and cancel NCIC & warrants in compliance with department, state and federal regulations. They copy, log and release police reports in compliance with Hudson Police policy and New Hampshire RSA’s. The clerks prepare crime bulletins as well as compile monthly reports for FBI/NIBRS reporting requirements. They also complete crime mapping which assists patrol in identifying high crime areas in our community. Analysis of accident reports help determine future focuses for our officers directed patrols.
